I've been into science since pre-school. Now I'm fifteen, and in 11th grade. I've always loved teaching, and sharing science with other kids!

Connor's Kits for Kids got started in 2004 (when I was in fourth grade) because I became frustrated with the science kits I spent my hard earned (and never enough) allowance on. They were (and still are!) expensive, and usually didn't do a very good job of explaining how and why the experiment(s) worked, so I was always left with even more questions. They didn't come with sometimes even half of the materials needed to do the experiments, so I would have to wait until my mom made another trip to the grocery store, and I had to spend even more money on additional supplies! I finally began pulling ingredients together myself to do my own experiments that were more fun, and were MUCH less expensive.

My friends really liked doing experiments with me, so I put together some kits and started selling them. Right away, the kits sold amazingly well, and I got great feedback from teachers, parents and kids! Everyone loved my kits so much that my parents helped me make Kits for Kids into the business it is today.
